Делегація українських енергетиків відвідала Лабораторію розумного обліку оператора системи розподілу Франції, компанії Enedis, що входить до групи EDF.
Лабораторія створена для реалізації масштабного проєкту з модернізації комерційного обліку у Франції. За 6 років групою встановлено до 36 млн. розумних лічильників, влаштовано надійні канали звʼязку, відпрацьовані технології обробки даних і сценарії використання інформації для оптимізації режимів роботи мереж. Інвестиції склали 4,2 млрд. євро.
Розумний комерційний облік є чи не найважливішою складовою впровадження розумних мереж, підвищення якості і швидкості передачі показників, визначення стану мережі і оптимізації режимів на основі отриманих даних. Цей досвід є корисним вже зараз, коли українським ОСР необхідно швидко відновлювати і автоматизувати мережі, а також виконувати нові підключення розподілених енергетичних ресурсів: газотурбінних і газопоршневих установок, установок зберігання енергії, сонячних станцій і вітрових турбін тощо.
Візит відбувся у рамках співпраці і реалізації спільних проєктів між державними ОСР Групи «Українські розподільні мережі» з EDF International Networks Групи EDF за підтримки Міністерства енергетики України та Міністерства економіки, фінансів і промисловості Франції.
Ukrainian energy specialists learn from the experience of French colleagues in developing smart metering systems
A delegation of Ukrainian energy professionals visited the Smart Metering Laboratory of the French distribution system operator, Enedis, a part of the EDF Group.
The laboratory was created to implement a large-scale project to modernize commercial metering in France. Over 6 years, the group has installed up to 36 million smart meters, set up reliable communication channels, developed data processing technologies and scenarios for using information to optimize grid operation. Investments amounted to EUR 4,2 billion.
Smart commercial metering is a crucial component of implementing smart grids, improving the quality and speed of data transmission, determining the state of the grid, and optimizing modes based on the received data. This experience is helpful right now, when Ukrainian DSOs need to quickly restore and automate networks, as well as make new connections of distributed energy resources: gas turbines and gas piston plants, energy storages, PV plants and wind turbines, etc.
The visit took place within the framework of cooperation and implementation of joint projects between the state-owned DSOs of Ukrainian Distribution Grids Group and EDF International Networks of EDF Group with the support of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry of France.
